The helpmybabylive.com website was determined to be a scam. The page is now gruesome and horrific and if you want to keep your lunch in your stomach or you are pregnant DO NOT VISIT THIS WEBSITE, take my word for it.
Snopes.com last update says,
"After the website was exposed as a hoax, helpmybabylive.com was altered to display images of aborted babies plus this message, "LOOK WHAT YOU MADE ME DO, there was never a baby, you got fooled, no money was collected, 200,00o people got pranked. Suck it."
It was determined the sites creator was a known anti abortion person and he posted this simply to heat up the debate on abortion.

Yeah, see, I warned you... Those pictures in the background are the most disgusting thing I've ever seen. First it made me cry and then it made me throw up. So anyone who has not seen it yet: DON'T GO THERE!!!! It's just disgusting and awful...
i saw this last week and i was fuming for several days. i know that they guy that did this, is going to suffer because i totally believe in reaping and sowing.

Thank god no money got collected because Paypal should not be allowed to support that kind of nonsense.
Oh, and to answer your question about the google search, I only know what that search ranked at because my statcounter shows so many people arriving at my site hoping to see naughty pictures.
My big bad belly shots must have been quite disappointing.
