Sometimes while sitting here reading blogs I get bored. So I do the only logical thing I can think of. I start poking my fat. You do that right? Anyway lately, I've gotten bored simply poking my fat and now have moved on to making shapes in my fat!
My favorite, is grabbing the fat right around my belly button and squeezing it to make what I call a skin fat donut.
Don't you want a donut now?

I've always called it a fat bagel.
I totally pinch the fat in my belly when I sit bored. And oh, before my tummy tuck... I would make my big ol belly into lips and make them talk to my husband. Sad.
I can do that! But mine also looks like a bagel.
First I want to know how Jen can do that, she has like no fat on her belly to make into a bagel. I think she lying just to fit in with the crowd!
And I've been know to do this in the privacy of my own home as well...I normally like to just poke it here and watch it bounce back.
I do that all of the time. I am sure it is a little nutty. I also feel the fat under my chin. Yeah I am crazy!! LOL
I can't believe I am admitting this in public but my husband and I used to have "senor navel" conversations with our tummies when we were watching television. Yes, like I said, we were the original Mr. and Mrs. Boring.
