I have a question...I bought scallions today (and spinach, lettuce & carrots too) anyway can I cut off the white part at the ends so the scallions will fit in the ziploc bag????
Does that mean if you don't leave me a follow-up comment, then my comment was worthless and stupid? sorry this is funny. I started doing the same thing very recently. Something about validation or some other crap. You are I are like THIS and in case you can't see me - my fingers are crossed chicka.
Patty: You can cut some of the white off, not more then an inch, it has the best flavor. I recommend cutting the dry green ens off after to get it down to size.
Heidi: If I didn't comment it means I was lazy or totally forgot I ever said I would comment. Probably the former.
