What song did you pick as your first dance at your wedding?
If your not married yet what song would you like?
Also don't forget to submit questions for my 1000 post. I already have a few. You can submit via comment or email! Don't let me down for my 1000th folks!

Our first dance was to the Get up Kids "I'll catch you"....
It was a good one.
Congrats on almost 1000 posts! That's amazing!!!
Oh seriously must you ask this question...obviously we are trying to decide upon this and have so many freaking songs we would like...here's our thoughts so far
Making Memories of Us - Keith Urban
My Best Friend - Tim McGraw
Me and You - Kenny Chesney
There are seriously a ton others but I can't pick...the music selection is going to be the hardest for me!
What did you and Rob dance to?
Oh and here's my question for your 1000 post...when you say you disappear into a dark place...what does that feel like? Is it like a place you remember going (not a real place but you know) or is it just like a black out kind of?
I'm thinking "Bless the Broken Road" by Rascal Flatts. Gaaaaay, I know, but it is our wedding song, right?
i just posted something similar to this on my blog, wht?
our very first dance was sade, by your side. but it was supposed to be let's stay together by al green.
OMG I was going to ask the same question Angie asked, that is pretty creepy Angie. Get out of my head. Shannon, I was thinking about your blog, and that was something I was really wondering. When you say dark place, what is this dark place like?
My first dance with my husband was almost seven years ago, and it was to Kenny Chesney's "You had me at Hello". It is "Our" song, so it was an easy choice for us.
For my first wedding - Colour My World by Chicago. For my second, it will be Two Hearts by Zona Jones ( we got married 2 1/2 yrs ago at the town hall, have not yet had a reception, ugh...someday!)
Green and Dumb by Roger Clyne & the Peacemakers. Although we don't dance. So we just played it... but other people danced.
Dude I can not even remember; that was like 6 years ago. I think the first song we played was "We are Family". The song Quentin and I danced to was hmmm....I really can't remember. Is that bad?
Our first dance was: "True Companion" by Mark Cohn
Our first dance was Elvis Presley, I Can't Help Falling In Love with You. In hindsight, if I had heard the song soon enough, I would have picked The Luckiest by Ben Folds Five.
John and I eloped - no song.
not married, and have NO IDEA unfortunately. i don't have an "our song" with the boy yet..
I just remembered "It Had to be You" song by Harry Connick Junior. YES!!!!!!
You're already at 1000 lady! Congrats.
Josh and I want to dance to a country song (yeah, yeah) called Lost in This Moment.
When I get married I'd consider any of these:
Bryan Adams - (Everything I Do) I Do It For You
Chicago - You're the Inspiration
Faith Hill & Tim McGraw - I need you
We danced to Rascal Flatts "Bless the Broken Road". Kevin and I broke up for a time after college, and it was hard on both of us. We couldn't let the other go, but needed time apart. I heard that song on the radio one day during our breakup, and bawled. Every time I heard it, I thought of him (and always cried). When we got back together, he took me to Vegas to see Rascal Flatts in concert, and I thought he was going to propose during that song...he didn't, but did just a few months later. It has always been our song...fitting to dance to that on our wedding day, because it was a broken road that brought us together. :)
We danced to "Angel of Mine" by Brandi. Maybe just called "Angel" it was that or a Shania Twain song everybody was dancing to 9 years ago.
Got married last August - Chasing Cars by Snow Patrol then My Immortal by Evanesence.
We danced to Eric Clapton "Wonderful Tonight"
"your having my baby" by Paul Anka
i was 7 months pg...
it was great. my MIL was sooo offened she left... i was glad.
